Terms of Service

Sale Pilot is provided for merchants to configure scheduled price campaigns, review pricing previews, publish campaign targets, and manage storefront savings presentation.

Merchants are responsible for reviewing campaign rules, preview results, and published configuration before campaigns run in a live store.

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of campaign setup, product selection rules, store configuration, and any pricing or merchandising decisions made through the app.

Merchants are also responsible for maintaining access to their Shopify store and for ensuring that their use of Sale Pilot complies with applicable laws, platform rules, and customer-facing pricing requirements.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time. We may also change features, limits, or support scope as the product evolves.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sale Pilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or pricing outcomes resulting from merchant configuration or third-party platform behavior.
